Right to Withdraw

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase.

Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to request a withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply click the button below and enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase.

Once you've found your order, follow the steps to submit your withdrawal request.

What happens next?

Once you've submitted your request, you'll receive confirmation that it has been received.

You then have 14 days to return your items. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
