Welcome to Sensory Quest. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sensory Quest.
Sensory Quest operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services available through it (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referred to within them, explain your rights and responsibilities when using our website or purchasing from us.

When you place an order with Sensory Quest, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and your payment has been successfully processed.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you realise that you've made a mistake or need to change something, contact us as soon as possible at info@sensoryquest.ie. We can't guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun, but we'll do our best to help.
Occasionally, we may need to decline, change or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed or there has been an obvious error in pricing or product information. If this happens, we'll contact you using the details provided with your order and issue any refund that is due.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. The price charged will be the price shown when you place your order, subject to correction of any obvious pricing error.
Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

The content available through the Sensory Quest website, including our branding, text, graphics, photographs, product information, videos, audio, logos and website design, is owned by Sensory Quest or used with the permission of its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless otherwise permitted by law or with our prior permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content.
The Sensory Quest name, logo and associated branding may not be used without permission.
Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos and trademarks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Sensory Quest is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Sensory Quest.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Sensory Quest, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sensory Quest.
